More Glen Nevis
Joe and I were keen for a relaxing day, getting a little mileage and nursing a niggling injury I have picked up recently. After an initial foray to Gorge Crag, which was seeping with water, we drove back to Polldubh and wandered upto Road Buttress only to be greeted by more wet rock, some of it heavily vegetated. A quick scroll through the guidebook and a wander to After Crag, a small buttress neither of us had been to before. We climbed Sauer (VS,4c), Hun (VS,5b), Rubberface (E1,5b), Afterthought (HS) and Kraut (E1,5b). Another stunning day in the Highlands…….

Great group of routes on After and much better with all the trees away! Kraut is one of those routes where you have to choose between placing gear (& getting pumped) or just going for it.
Cheers
